Yellow Dog Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company based in Needham, MA. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced technicians who:

• Have 5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience

• Are strong at diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems

• Have experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and traditional A/C systems

• Take pride in high-quality workmanship

• Communicate well with homeowners and provide outstanding customer service

• Can work independently and make good decisions in the field

• Have EPA 608 certification

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Want to continue learning and improving

Experienced installers interested in transitioning into service are encouraged to apply. If you're strong at both service and installation, we especially want to hear from you.

Master HVAC Technicians will receive special consideration and may have additional opportunities available.

What You'll Do

You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.

That means listening to the homeowner, accurately diagnosing the problem, explaining what you found, presenting appropriate solutions without pressure, and completing high-quality repairs and maintenance.

You'll also inspect systems for potential issues, help customers understand how to properly care for their equipment, and represent Yellow Dog with professionalism in every home.
