RN - Medical/Surgical Telemetry

Job Details:

\n

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas
\n • Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests
\n • Participate in planning and implementation of written care plans under the direction of a Physician
\n • Must possess valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License
\n • Bachelor's degree required
\n • 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
\n • Must have strong MS/Tele experience
\n • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
\n • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills required
\n • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
