Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and need for continued support, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
