Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and need for continued support, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and aligned with the clients' specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational standards.
- Carry out intake assessments to determine client needs for services effectively.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions and develop positive engagement strategies for difficult topics.
- Participate in regular individual supervision and collaborative meetings with staff to enhance therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
