Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to become a part of our Operating Room team in Needham.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative care in both circulating and scrub capacities within an outpatient surgical environment.
- Offer clinical assistance and resources to the surgical team.
- Collaborate effectively in a family-oriented perioperative setting.
- Work 10-hour shifts with occasional short-call duties.
- Available positions include both 32 and 40-hour workweeks.
Minimum QualificationsExperience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Operating Room is required.
- Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license in Massachusetts.
Compensation and Benefits
We are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time hires working 40 hours per week and $16,000 for those in 32-hour positions, applicable to candidates with over 2 years of direct Operating Room experience as a Registered Nurse who have not been employed with us in the last 2 years.
The salary range provided reflects our organization's reasonable and good-faith expectations at the time of posting. The final base pay offer will be influenced by various factors including skills, experience, education, and certifications.
