Location: Laconia, NH

Pay: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour + shift premium

Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 total ($1,000 at 6 months + $2,000 at 12 months)

What you’ll do

• Operate precision manufacturing machinery safely and accurately after training.
• Produce components that meet strict specifications and quality criteria.
• Monitor equipment and production flow, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts, flag defects, and maintain quality records.
• Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures at all times.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Consistent attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow standardized processes.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Mechanical or hands-on aptitude is helpful but not required.

Shifts and premiums

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM (+10% premium)
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM (+15% premium)
