Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with new patients to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities, to address various mental health issues.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe community space for sharing experiences and fostering resilience.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff—to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.
- Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and relevant resources within the community to empower their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement of our therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and create effective treatment plans that lead to positive patient outcomes.
