Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing tailored treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

  • Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring that each session is valuable and effective.

  • Deliver compassionate customer service while actively collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to enhance community health.

  • Employ creative interventions and evidence-based practices to empower clients to reach and surpass their therapeutic goals.
  • \n

  • Document session activities accurately and in a timely manner, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up case documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.

  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, educators, and healthcare professionals as necessary to provide holistic support for clients.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

  • Experience with mental health documentation including Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes is essential.

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries with clients.

  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

  • Familiarity with billing practices, fee collection, and time-of-service collections is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on qualifications and experience.
