Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation | Travel Assignment | Holyoke, MA
\n Intuites Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This opportunity is ideal for rehabilitation professionals dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, improve functional outcomes, and enhance their quality of life.
\n Position Highlights
\n Location: Holyoke, MA
\n Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
\n Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
\n Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours per Week
\n Pay Rate: $55/hour
\n Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $1,980 (Including Stipend)
\n Weekly Housing & Meals Stipend: $1,414 (for qualified travelers)
\n Taxable Hourly Rate: $15.72
\n Non-Taxable Stipend Equivalent: $39.27/hour
\n Overtime: Available after 40 hours worked
\n Key Responsibilities
\n Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and rehabilitation goals.
\n Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
\n Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
\n Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
\n Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
\n Qualifications
\n Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
\n Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
\n Previous experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or skilled nursing settings preferred.
\n Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
\n Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
