Job Description

This is a direct hire opportunity from day one

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and program CNC milling machines
Machine medium to large parts to blueprint specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Experience operating CNC milling machines with programming
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience with precision measuring instruments

Hours

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation

$45/hour with programming experience
$35/hour with no programming experience
