Full-Time Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides (2026–2027 School Year)

Term: Full 2026–2027 Academic Year
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals and Instructional Assistants to join our school community for the 2026–2027 school year. In these full-time support roles, you will work closely with certified teachers to assist students with academic, social, and behavioral development.
Available Positions
Elementary School Paraprofessional: Provide foundational support for young learners, early literacy, and classroom activities.
Middle School Paraprofessional: Assist students through transitional developmental years with targeted academic and behavioral support.
High School Paraprofessional: Help young adults stay on track with coursework, graduation requirements, and specialized instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery, small group instruction, and classroom management.
Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with diverse learning needs or individualized education programs (IEPs).
Help monitor student progress, behavior, and engagement throughout the school day.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree, college credits, or passing score on a paraprofessional exam is a plus (per state/district guidelines).
Prior school-based paraprofessional or instructional aide experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the entire 2026–2027 school year.
Available for an ASAP start date.
