Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide

Job Summary:

Arcadia New England Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide to provide personalized care to clients in their homes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors while enjoying flexible shifts and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervision team

  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts HHA or SHCA certification
