Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Audiologist, or eligibility for licensure
- Experience or specialized training in pediatric settings, preferably within schools

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt strategies to a diverse student population and a range of speech, language, and hearing needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services tailored to students’ speech, language, and hearing requirements
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and collaborate in eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, closely monitoring student progress and adjusting as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams for student support
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with educational and regulatory standards
