Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
Holyoke | Holyoke, MA
$55–$60/hour | PRN
Stern Therapy Consultants is looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide care at a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. You'll work with residents whose communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs affect their safety and daily routines.
What You'll Do

Evaluate residents following a change in condition or a hospital stay

Provide individualized treatment for communication, cognition, and swallowing

Educate residents and care staff on strategies they can use throughout the day

Coordinate with nursing and other clinicians on care plans

Document evaluations, treatment, and progress in a timely manner

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
