Make a difference in the classroom by supporting students as a Paraprofessional in a contract role located near Hampton, NH. There are five positions available with a mix of one-on-one and group classroom assignments, providing opportunities to truly impact students’ daily experience. No additional certifications or college degrees are required—just proof of a high school diploma.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide support in both 1:1 and classroom settings
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred
  • High school diploma required (no additional certifications needed)
  • Reliability and flexibility within a dynamic school environment
  • Must be able to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to implement instructional plans
  • Assist students individually or in group settings as assigned
  • Foster a supportive, positive classroom environment
  • Help with classroom management and student behavior guidance
  • Aid in daily lesson activities and ensure classroom materials are organized
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with student information
