Registered Nurse – Labor &amp; Delivery
Location: Worcester, MA Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3 Shifts/Week)
Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local &amp; Travel Accepted Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of Labor &amp; Delivery RN experience preferred</li>
<li>Will consider 1–2+ years of L&amp;D experience with travel experience</li>
<li>Active Massachusetts RN license</li>
<li>Epic experience required</li>
<li>Must have experience working in Labor &amp; Delivery and Postpartum</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in a maternity float pool setting</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>AWHONN Intermediate or higher required</li>
<li>AHA BLS</li>
<li>NRP</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide nursing care to laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients</li>
<li>Manage labor and delivery patients including high-risk deliveries and complications</li>
<li>Perform fetal monitoring and recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns</li>
<li>Provide postpartum care including fundus, lochia, perineum, and wound assessments</li>
<li>Assist with neonatal care including APGAR scoring, newborn identification, and thermoregulation</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to provide safe patient care</li>
