We are hiring an experienced Hospice Director of Patient Care Services for a growing hospice program serving patients and families in Western Massachusetts. This is a full-time leadership role with real impact.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Direct the clinical team of RNs, LPNs, aides, social workers and chaplains
</li>
<li>
Ensure quality, compliance and survey readiness under Medicare hospice CoPs
</li>
<li>
Oversee admissions, plans of care, IDG meetings and clinical documentation
</li>
<li>
Manage staffing, on-call coverage, productivity and budgets
</li>
<li>
Recruit, train and mentor clinical staff and lead QAPI
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Massachusetts RN license (BSN preferred)
</li>
<li>
3+ years of hospice or home health clinical leadership
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice Conditions of Participation
</li>
<li>
Experience with EMR systems and survey preparation
</li>
<li>
Compassionate, organized and team-focused leader
</li>
</ul>

Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: $120,000 - $145,000 per year + benefits
