The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Litigation Attorney to join our premier personal injury practice. The ideal candidate is a driven, compassionate advocate who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You will manage a diverse and high-value caseload from inception through trial, ensuring that every client receives the "gold standard" of legal representation.
Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Lead litigation strategy for a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases.

Litigation & Trial: Draft and argue substantive motions, conduct and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts), and serve as lead or second-chair counsel in jury trials.

Discovery: Oversee the comprehensive discovery process, utilizing our proprietary software and technology to manage evidence and case profiles efficiently.

Client Advocacy: Provide compassionate, "no-pressure" guidance to clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.

Negotiation: Negotiate high-value settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, leveraging the firm's reputation and resources to maximize recovery.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD): From an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.

Experience: 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred, but strong defense candidates are encouraged to apply).

Skills: Exceptional courtroom presence, strong analytical and writing skills, and a "ferocious" approach to seeking justice.

Tech-Savvy: Comfort working in a state-of-the-art, paperless environment using advanced case management systems.
