Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to perform their duties from home or any location that provides a suitable work environment, while still maintaining a collaborative relationship with other team members. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs, challenges, and suitable treatment plans tailored to individual or family circumstances.

  • Facilitate therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methods.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment goals and strategies that empower them to achieve mental health aspirations.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, engaging in ongoing evaluation for optimal outcomes.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and to enhance professional development.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

  • An active Vermont LCMHC license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
