Work Environment\n
This remote position allows mental health professionals to engage in telehealth therapy, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to connect with clients. Our telehealth facility fosters an environment of flexibility and efficiency, ensuring that our therapists can provide impactful services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The scheduled work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
- Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health concerns while fostering a sense of community among participants.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
- Provide urgent crisis intervention support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Educate clients about mental health disorders, the treatment process, available resources, and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
- Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay informed about current best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches relevant to our client population.
- Proven skills in performing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a range of clients.
