Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, utilizing both standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, incorporating client input to ensure alignment with their needs and goals.
- Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, focusing on a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
- Deliver couples therapy sessions, working to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Regularly monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and circumstances.
- Engage in effective communication with clients, including families and other relevant stakeholders to deliver coordinated care.
- Be prepared to provide timely crisis intervention when clients face acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Stay abreast of current research and trends in marriage and family therapy, incorporating the latest evidence-based practices into your work.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, enhance your skills, and attend training sessions to improve your therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
