We are seeking an experienced plumber to install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems. You will work on water distribution systems, drainage and vent systems, commercial fixtures and equipment, backflow devices, and gas piping (if licensed). Your role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and submittals, as well as collaborating closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades. You will perform rough-ins, top-outs, and final installations on commercial projects, troubleshoot system issues, and provide effective solutions. All work must comply with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards, and you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades.
  • Perform rough-ins, top-outs, and final installations on commercial projects.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Essential Skills

  • Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
  • 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
  • Experience on construction sites and with general contractors.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job site conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in installation, mechanical work.
  • Skill in reading blueprints.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
