Manufacturing Quality Technician- $20-25/hr- temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay rate increases between $25-30/hr based on performance.


First Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary

Schulte Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our client's dynamic team near Peabody. This role is essential in ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality assurance systems, conducting inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Perform product inspections and support quality validation processes
  • Conduct and review First Article Inspections (FAIs)
  • Assist with ISO internal audits and audit readiness
  • Review regulatory documentation and support compliance initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, production, and procurement to ensure quality across the supply chain
  • Maintain documentation for material traceability and compliance
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance processes


What You Bring

  • 2+ years in manufacturing, quality, or compliance
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and FAIs
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)


Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with UL/CSA or similar certifications
  • Lean / Six Sigma exposure
  • Background in electronics, machining, or precision manufacturing
  • ERP or PLM
