The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the specific needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidenced-based treatment modalities.
- Exceptional assessment and clinical skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.
