Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a caseload of clients, building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, active listening, and adherence to professional boundaries.
- Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, discuss treatment adjustments, and facilitate timely discharges when suitable.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and adherence to state and federal guidelines.
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine individual client needs and establish appropriate treatment strategies.
- Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Attend individual supervision sessions for continued professional development while engaging in regular reflective practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
