Key Responsibilities\n

- Assist clients in defining their personal objectives and tracking their progress through regular check-ins and standardized assessment tools.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Engage in continuous professional development initiatives, including attending workshops, webinars, and participating in peer supervision groups to stay current with industry trends and therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
