Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, tailoring your approach based on the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Develop and monitor client treatment plans by setting realistic goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies for clients, especially those experiencing severe conditions that require hospitalization.
- Support caregivers by providing guidance and coping strategies to help manage clients' behavioral challenges and improve overall family dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with our clinic’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of the pharmacological effects on mental health and experience in assessing medication implications on therapy.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
