Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Location: Milford, NH
Facility: The Elms Center
Salary: $50–$55/hour (PRN)
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and establish therapy plans
- Provide treatment focused on daily living skills
- Supervise COTA staff
- Complete documentation
Requirements:
- Active OT license required
