Qualifications\n
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- A valid license to practice independently without supervision as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- No provisional or limited license; must have a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster rapport, empathy, and trust between therapist and client.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with telehealth provisions.
