Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled CNC professional who takes pride in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance components and enjoys troubleshooting and improving machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines, including Tornos, Nakamura, and Star
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
- Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring equipment
- Read, interpret, and edit G-code and M-code programs
- Troubleshoot machining and mechanical issues
- Monitor machine performance and maintain efficient machine utilization
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to machining quality and efficiency
- Assist with day-to-day shop operations and support the production team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of precision machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC machines
- Strong blueprint and GD&T reading skills
- Experience with CNC tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
- Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Working knowledge of G-code and M-code
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
