Pride Health is actively hiring a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our client's growing Home Health team.

\n

\n

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,550.00/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)*

\n

\n

Location: Bourne, MA 02532
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
On-Call/Weekend: None

Job Summary

\n

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide quality home health services across the Bourne territory, including the South Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod areas. The OT will provide evaluations, treatments, and other skilled therapy services in patients' homes and assisted living facilities.

  • South Shore: Plymouth, Kingston, Carver

  • South Coast: Wareham to Seekonk

  • Cape Cod: Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee, Falmouth
  • \n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Perform OT evaluations, treatments, recertifications, discharges, and starts of care.
  • \n

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the community and assisted living facilities.
  • \n

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • \n

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • \n

  • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and timely.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
  • \n

  • Provide patient and caregiver education to support independence and safety.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Active Massachusetts OT License.
  • \n

  • Previous Home Health experience required.
  • \n

  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.
  • \n

  • Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • \n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Experience providing cognitive therapy.
  • \n

  • Experience working with patients in community and assisted living settings.
  • \n

\n

Mileage Reimbursement

\n

    \n
  • $0.50/mile between patient visits.
  • \n

  • Mileage for the first patient is reimbursed when the clinician's residence is closer to the Bourne office than the first patient; the difference in mileage between the office and the patient is reimbursed at $0.50/mile.
