Associate Dentist

$200,000 Annual Salary | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | Excellent Benefits

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Associate Dentist to join a close-knit dental team in Colebrook, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse, community-based patient population while working with a supportive clinical team.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist comfortable practicing independently while also serving as a clinical leader. With a manageable 10–15 patient daily schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver thorough care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to the continued development of the dental team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative treatment, extractions, dentures, and preventive care
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Independently manage daily clinical responsibilities and maintain accurate documentation
  • Serve as a clinical lead and support consistent standards of care across the practice
  • Collaborate with dental staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
  • Mentor and support developing dental professionals when appropriate
  • Participate in peer reviews and clinical quality initiatives
  • Refer endodontic, oral surgery, implant, and other complex cases outside the practice's scope of care

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active New Hampshire Dental License
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong general dentistry experience, including restorative care, extractions, and dentures
  • Comfortable practicing independently and making sound clinical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and support other team members
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and serving a diverse, community-based population
