Job Description

Our client, a top investment firm, is seeking a litigation support analyst to facilitate the processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) across the client's data ecosystem. The person in this role will provide guidance to attorneys on review strategy, workflow optimization, and best practices throughout the discovery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

· Process and load Electronically Stored Information (ESI) into review platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Manage and administer review workspaces, including user permissions, layouts, views, and workflow configurations.

· Design and implement customized review workflows that enable legal teams to efficiently identify, prioritize, and review relevant data.

· Coordinate the production and delivery of ESI in accordance with established production protocols, specifications, and deadlines.

· Leverage advanced analytics to enhance document review, including clustering, email threading, near-duplicate identification, and predictive coding/technology-assisted review (TAR).

· Train attorneys and legal team members on ESI review best practices, workflows, and technology solutions.

· Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring the timely exchange of information, status updates, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of litigation support experience
Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, processes, and workflows
Strong knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle
Exceptional attention to detail
An ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex challenges, and collaborate effectively
