Key Responsibilities\n
In this LMHC position, you will:

- Maintain a manageable caseload, working closely with clients to develop rapport and ensure adherence to ethical standards and boundaries.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate a successful discharge when appropriate.
- Create, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Complete thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based practices to a diverse clientele.
- Engage in individual supervision and team meetings to continuously refine your clinical skills and approaches.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, ensuring integrated care that enhances patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on youth and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The clinician's unique perspective and specialized skills will contribute to the overall success of our therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the requirements for internal credentialing in clinical settings.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
- Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record systems and basic keyboarding abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
