Pay: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience

TK Cups- Sorgs is the leading provider of promotional products in the food service industry in the Northeast. Located in Fitchburg, MA, we pride ourselves for producing high quality drinkware and napkins for some of the largest companies in the U.S. who can use them to proudly show off their logo and brand image. What You'll Do
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Update website content, including text, images, and links
- Ensure the website meets accessibility standards
- Back up and restore website data on a regular schedule
- Provide technical support to website users
- Stay current on web technologies and industry trends
What You'll Bring
- Solid technical skills, including HTML, CSS, and web server administration
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Must Have:
- Positive attitude and be a team player.
- Some experience with web presses preferred, but we can train!
- Good mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with website management and maintenance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move at a fast pace, and respond well to directions.
- Ability to constantly position self to move items and supplies weighting occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear personal protective equipment ( PPE) as required.
