What You'll Do
As a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate contracts and transaction documents
- Assist clients with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects
- Conduct due diligence reviews, including title, survey, zoning, and regulatory analysis
- Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents
- Advise clients on legal and business risks associated with commercial real estate transactions
- Work closely with lenders, developers, investors, brokers, and other transaction stakeholders
- Research and analyze real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Support property management and operational legal matters
- Assist in resolving real estate disputes and litigation matters when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and practical legal counsel
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law and good standing with the applicable State Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate law or related transactional practice areas
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills
- Understanding of commercial real estate transactions and legal documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions
- Exposure to commercial leasing matters
- Familiarity with real estate financing transactions
- Experience conducting title and survey reviews
- Background working with developers, investors, lenders, or institutional clients
