Kosko Landscaping is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Crew Leader/Driver to join our growing team in Watertown, MA. In this role, you will manage a crew and execute a variety of landscaping projects, including seasonal cleanups and year-round property maintenance. We operate throughout the year, providing essential snow removal services during the winter months.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Follow established routes for weekly maintenance services.

* Maintain organized and clean work vehicles.

* Perform routine equipment maintenance.

* Complete all necessary administrative paperwork accurately and on time.

* Operate vehicles and equipment for snow removal operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations).

* Proven experience in landscaping and snow removal.

* Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

* Strong commitment to punctuality and professional reliability.

* Ability to effectively manage a team and maintain job site documentation.
