Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting children’s academic and personal success
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with the school team
- Open to travel professionals ready for their next adventure
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide input for eligibility and progress meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and program requirements
- Advocate for the communication needs of students within the school community
