Full-time contract positions are available, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. Your work will help provide essential academic and behavioral assistance to students and teachers, starting as soon as possible.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school environment is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability to support students with diverse learning needs
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management, activities, and lesson implementation
- Provide direct support to individual students and small groups
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Support students with academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Help with supervision in classrooms, hallways, and during activities
- Maintain open communication with instructional teams and families
