$36–$40/hour (PRN)
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This is a flexible opportunity to provide hands-on care while supporting residents in achieving greater independence.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with occupational therapy programs under OT supervision
- Support residents with daily living tasks and functional activities
- Guide therapeutic exercises to improve coordination and strength
- Track progress and communicate updates to the OT
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
