HVAC Install Helper
Location: Littleton, MA
Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 40+ hours weekly, Mon – Fri, 7 AM – 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside lead installers to complete residential heating and air conditioning installations
- Carry materials, organize equipment, and prepare tools and supplies needed for each project
- Help take out outdated HVAC units and get work areas ready for replacement systems
- Gain experience setting up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and associated installation components
- Support senior team members with equipment connections, system setup, and operational checks
- Keep job locations tidy and ensure installation trucks and equipment remain organized
- Use proper safety practices and follow established installation procedures
- Interact respectfully with homeowners and help maintain a positive customer experience
- Participate in on-the-job instruction and training to expand your HVAC knowledge and installation abilities

Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC installation
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow in the HVAC industry
- Previous HVAC experience or technical training preferred, but not required
- EPA Certification is a plus
