Make a difference supporting middle school students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during a short-term contract near Quincy, MA. This full-time opportunity runs from November 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027, offering the chance to provide meaningful behavior support while working a schedule from 7:40am to 2:40pm Monday through Friday.
As the BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for a caseload of 20-25 middle school students. Your expertise will be valued as you collaborate with educators and staff to ensure students receive individualized behavioral support that helps them thrive in the classroom.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in educational settings, particularly with middle school-aged students, is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and consultation skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate student behavior and design targeted intervention plans
