Must-Have Skills
\n
- \n
- 3–5+ years of hands-on cable/cable harness manufacturing experience
- Strong experience with cable/harness assembly, fabrication, testing & troubleshooting
- Experience with complex cable/harness builds
- Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures & test methods
- Strong root cause analysis / problem-solving skills
- Experience in a hands-on manufacturing/production environment
- Cable/Harness Technicians with strong technical experience may be considered
