About the Opportunity:
Significant succession opportunity — the incoming partner will join an
established insurance defense litigation practice, with a planned
transition of a retiring partner's practice over the next several
years while continuing to build their own client relationships.
Billable hours: 1,600 minimum in year one, 1,700 thereafter — if met,
10% bonus on origination + 10% bonus on receipts.
