Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical team to inform treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to enhance the delivery of mental health services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new opportunities for collaboration, funding, and partnership.
- Engage in continuous professional growth by attending conferences, professional classes, and participating in statewide meetings related to mental health.
- Promote and embody the agency's mission and values in all areas of your work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.
