Responsibilities
We are in search of a Director of Nursing who is passionate about serving the senior population and possesses an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare. In this role, you will leverage your nursing and administrative expertise to lead nursing operations while mentoring and guiding the nursing team.
- Champion business excellence, staff performance, clinical quality, and patient/customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and management for daily patient care operations.
- Encourage a culture centered on top-of-license practice and teamwork.
- Articulate a unified vision for clinical excellence; ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services.
- Promote ongoing enhancement of nursing services and staff to fulfill the needs and expectations of patients/residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree from an accredited nursing school, college, or university and possess a current Registered Nurse license issued by the State Board of Nursing; a BSN is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in long-term care is essential.
- At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
- Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice regulations, and federal/state laws is necessary.
- Availability for on-call duties is required.

Salary Range
Posted Salary Range: USD $125,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 per year.
