Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Internal Medicine/Medical-Surgical team in Peterborough, NH. This full-time, permanent position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
- Supervise and support LPNs and Medical Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous nursing experience required (New graduates are not accepted)
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
