Take your experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level supporting student success in a dynamic school environment! This onsite opportunity allows you to work closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and students across four diverse school sites throughout the academic year.

You’ll draw upon your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to provide consultation, conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Your coaching skills will be essential as you guide teachers and staff in implementing evidence-based strategies, promoting positive learning experiences for students with autism.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification (submission of verification required)
  • Preferred: School-based BCBA or Autism Specialist experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and creating BIPs
  • Skilled in classroom coaching and training teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies
  • Background in supporting autism classrooms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites; reliable transportation required
  • Able to pass required drug screening, fingerprinting, and background checks

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing direct behavior consultation to staff and students onsite
  • Conducting FBAs and developing effective, individualized BIPs
  • Coaching and supporting classroom teams to implement interventions with fidelity
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
  • Promoting inclusive, supportive practices for students with autism
