Multiple full-time positions are available for paraprofessionals and behavioral technicians, supporting students at the high school, middle school, and elementary levels. There are 15 openings in total, divided among 4 high school, 3 middle school, and 8 elementary school placements, with specific preferences to be addressed during interviews.
Successful candidates will work closely with educators and specialists to provide vital classroom assistance and individualized support. This contract role is ideal for those with a strong behavioral background or prior experience working within school environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school setting or a behavioral support context
- Ability to build positive rapport with students and staff
- Flexibility to support a range of grade levels (high school, middle school, elementary)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to student success
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional and behavioral interventions
- Support students individually or in small groups, adapting to their academic and behavioral needs
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other paraprofessionals, educators, and support staff
