As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our mission to unlock each individual's potential.
About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work under the close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children and adults with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:
• Behavioral Interventions: Implement ABA-based behavioral interventions to address targeted behaviors and skill deficits.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and record data on client behavior, and analyze data to inform treatment plans and improve outcomes.
• Parent and Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies to facilitate generalization and maintenance of skills.
• Client Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct assessments and monitor client progress to ensure effective treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with BCBA, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
