Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Beverly, MA

Shift: 3:45 p.m. - 2:15 a.m., Monday - Thursday

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead second-shift production and oversee a large, diverse manufacturing team. This person will manage the daily production plan, lead production leads, resolve floor-level issues, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
The ideal candidate is a boots-on-the-ground people leader who can develop employees and leads, communicate effectively across the production floor, and make decisions when quality, equipment, material, staffing, or production issues arise.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor or Lead
• Strong people-development experience – coaching/training employees, developing operators into leads, strengthening existing leads, and holding people accountable
• Strong production/floor management experience – daily production plans, labor planning, KPIs, tier walks, troubleshooting, and managing production issues

• OSHA / safety knowledge
